Kate Vetterick (JD ’15) began working as a Tulsa Immigrant Resource Network (TIRN) Legal Fellow in October 2015. Ms. Vetterick received her Bachelor of Science degree in anthropology, environmental studies, and philosophy from Iowa State University. She is a graduate of The University of Tulsa College of Law and is licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma.
The TIRN fellowship has provided her with the opportunity to gain valuable post-graduate experience with direct mentoring and training that most post-graduate positions do not offer. The TIRN fellowship has also provided her with the opportunity to provide legal representation in immigration matters to vulnerable immigrants in the Tulsa community. Ms. Vetterick looks forward to gaining more experience with the various forms of immigration relief as well as building client and professional relationships.
