Professor Ric T. Munoz is a clinical assistant professor in the School of Social Work and School of Community Medicine at the University of Oklahoma. He currently teaches multiple courses in the Anne and Henry Zarrow School of Social Work with an emphasis on social justice, such as Direct Social Work Practice with Populations at Risk. He has served in legal and social work practice advocating on behalf of vulnerable populations. Professor Munoz has researched and published on issues relating to social justice, with current interests including health disparities and community based participatory research.
Professor Munoz earned a MSW and a JD from Washington University.
