TU grad elected mayor of Round Rock, Texas

Attorney and TU Law grad Craig Morgan has been elected mayor of Round Rock, Texas. Morgan served on the Round Rock City Council for six years and one year as mayor pro tem.

In an article published in the Statesman, Morgan said that he was honored and humbled by the support of the citizens. His plans including improving transportation, roads and economic development.

Morgan serves on the St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center Board of Trustees and the Round Rock Council Advisory Committee for Austin Community College. He previously served on the Round Rock Chamber Board of Directors, Chasco YMCA Board, the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission, Ridgeview Middle School PTA and city Charter Review Commission.
